"These sessions were invaluable in the sense that she was able to see and understand my hurt, and provide the tools I needed to feel the pain and overcome my situation and thoughts. Lara gave me tools which enabled me to be able to see threats objectively and respond in a loving and respectful manner and prepare myself for future repeat behaviour or patterns. She was also able to dig deep and together we discovered a few painpoints from the past which were still affecting me throughout my adulthood. I was able to address this childhood painpoint and change my thought pattern. I am currently to this day still using the tools that Lara imparted and I am very grateful for this. We get in our own way most of the time and Lara was able to help me realise this and give me the tools to work on myself so I can be the loving person I am inside and was born to be.
