Lara always makes me feel valued...

 I have engaged Lara to work with me as a Business Coach\Mentor. This service has been invaluable in helping me centre myself and redirect my focus in both my personal and business life. Our weekly meetings are tailored specifically to my goals, personality and concerns and Lara is focused, driven and patient when working me through our sessions. Lara always makes me feel valued and I trust her guidance in every aspect of our discussions.  Make no mistake, Lara's calm and tranquil personality will challenge and question you to work through any problems and not simply brush them off.

I recently asked Lara to run a DISC workshop for myself and a staff member to allow us to learn the different personalities we engage daily in our business. This information is priceless in allowing me to better understand other Personality traits and what interaction style to adopt to successfully interact with my clients, business owners and members of the community.

Lara has also identified the personalities within our business and provided a detailed break down of our profiles and how each Personality can work together successfully to work on our strengths and recognise our weaknesses. The workshop was only 3 hours, however we could have listened to Lara speak all day.

Her knowledge is second to none when it comes to DISC and the personalised handbook she has provided has given us hours of information to work on both myself and the other personality traits. 

At first, I thought I knew about DISC and how it worked however Lara dug deeper and workshopped many different levels of fears, strengths, weaknesses and how to successfully work together. 

I would highly recommend any Individual or Business to engage Lara to workshop DISC and also consider ongoing Business Coach\Mentor options.

Wowza! ​I'm in control...

I began my journey with Lara in a one on one setting and relished every meeting with Lara. She stretched me, challenged me and made me see that it’s me and my thoughts and I’m in CONTROL! 

Lara offered the You I.N.C program to me to enable me to bring together what we had worked on in a very adhoc manner (one on one sessions), in a more structured environment and take my development to the next step. I was very sceptical in the beginning of moving into a group environment. 

However, I trusted in Lara and decided to begin the journey with the 2 day intensive workshop.  The first part of the first day was tough and definitely out of my comfort zone, however this is Lara’s mantra and trusting in her made me grow within those two days and realise that I am not the only one on this journey and to be able to work and learn from other people just helps to reinforce that you are right where you are meant to be. 

Lara is a shining light who does not try and make things all pretty, easy and wishy washy. She makes it real and does not hide the fact that sometimes you have to go deep to move forward. Lara’s ‘Tool Box’ including the Drama Triangle and Choice Point are ‘light bulb’ moments that puts everything into perspective and enables you to work through the challenges in your every day life.  

With Lara’s guidance, expansive knowledge and passion for making a difference my life is now empowering and whatever I want it to be. Through this journey I believe I am in ‘greatness’ and Lara is and has been the enabler of this.

Lara helped me stop being so narrow minded...

Lara made me dig inside myself and really think hard about my core values and aligning everything else in accordance with those values. She helped me look at things from a whole range of perspectives and stop being so narrow minded. 

This was more difficult than it sounds because while I entered the process with an open mind, the cynic in me was alive and well. Lara managed to strip that away, challenge me and help me on the path to getting my priorities back on track and most importantly to be true to myself.

Amazed at how far I've come and leant so many great lessons along the way... 

I came to you last August, feeling quite anxious, deflated and lost. For the first time in my life I was acknowledging the fact that I was feeling unhappy and uninspired and didn't know which steps to take to come out of the rut I was in.

I can't thank you enough for helping me to identify the fact that the first step was to accept that it was time to 'sit in my shit'. To accept that I (like everyone) was made of everything, and that we need to allow ourselves to feel all things.

Since then, I have gone on a personal journey to re-evaluate what's important to me in life, set some intentions and take deliberate actions to being that to fruition. I look back and am amazed at how far I've come and learnt so many great lessons along the way.

As cliché as it sounds there is no better feeling than inner peace...

I recently completed the Thrive with Lara 12-month program, after already completing private sessions and workshops with Lara, I felt it was the best next step for me. 

What I liked about this program is it allowed flexibility as we connected online, and I could choose how I wanted to use my sessions. Everyone is different in their goals they set out to achieve, some are more specific, however for me it was about letting things go that I was holding onto that were inhibiting me from living my own life. 

I feel most of us get lost along the way, as we are shaped by our external environment, and some seem to see the truth quicker than others. After 12 months with Lara, I feel lighter and more in sync with the truth of who I am and more comfortable in my own skin. 

Now that I am feeling much more grounded, I know the decisions I make moving forward will be better suited to what I genuinely want in life. Not what I think life should be or what I should be doing. As cliché as it sounds there is no better feeling than inner peace.

I can choose the life I wish to live...

This is an incredible experience that i feel everyone would go through at least once. It sounds cliche, but if someone told me where i would be at the end of this, i would have laughed in their face. Lara is an incredible, mentor, teacher and friend.
